El Emprendimiento como competencia del capital humano en sectores del entorno socioeconómico holguinero
Abstract
La presente investigación realizada en la Empresa Desarrolladora de Software, en las casas
de alquiler en moneda nacional, hoteles del centro de la ciudad, y en la Universidad de
Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, en la Casa de Software de la FACINF 1 y en las
especialidades Lic. Económica e Ing. Industrial, tiene como objetivo diagnosticar la
competencia emprendimiento del capital humano, en sectores seleccionados de la
economía dentro del entorno socioeconómico holguinero y comparar de forma específica
entre entidades con fines similares el nivel de emprendimiento, se diseñó un procedimiento
y un Instrumento de Medida de la Actitud Emprendedora, se logra determinar la prevalencia
del establecimiento de redes de contacto, la persuasión, el liderazgo, la independencia y la
autoconfianza como características comunes de todas las entidades, mientras las
vinculadas a la innovación, la creatividad y la iniciativa fueron las menos comunes a
excepción de los hoteles antes mencionados en los que resultaron ser, la búsqueda de
oportunidades, la persistencia y la aceptación de riesgos. Se determinaron como las
principales causas que frenan el desarrollo emprendedor: las indisciplinas sociales,
insuficientes trabajos tentadores para la juventud, salarios bajos, falta de insumos, trabas
y prohibiciones, falta de ética en los inspectores, altos impuestos y escasos recursos. En
cuanto a las medidas para fomentarlo se obtuvieron: el aumento de la estimulación moral y
material, crear mecanismos de agrupación de emprendedores, financiar los proyectos de
la ANIR 2 , conceder mayor autonomía en la base, establecimiento de impuestos
diferenciados y acordes a la situación del país The present investigation made in the Software´s Company (DESOFT), in the houses of

entrepreneur level, designed a procedure and an Instrument of Measurement of the
Enterprising Attitude, is managed to determine the prevalence of the establishment of
contact networks, the persuasion, the leadership, independence and the self-confidence like
common characteristics of all the organizations, while the tie ones to the innovation, the
creativity and the initiative they were less common with the exception of the hotels before
mentioned in which they turned out to be, the search of opportunities, the persistence and
the acceptance of risks. They were determined like the main causes that restrain the
enterprising development: the social indiscipline, insufficient tempting works for youth, low
wages, lack of supplying, ties and prohibitions, lack of ethics in the inspectors, stops
imposed and limited resources. As far as the measures to foment it they were obtained: the
increase of the moral and material stimulation, to create mechanisms of grouping of
entrepreneurs, to finance the projects of the ANIR, to grant to greater autonomy in the base,
establishment of taxes differentiated and agreed to the situation of the country
