Diagnóstico de la satisfacción laboral en las áreas de almacén y seguridad y protección de EMCOMED Holguín
Abstract
El tema de la satisfacción laboral es de gran interés, porque indica la habilidad de la
organización para satisfacer las necesidades de los trabajadores y porque muchas
evidencias muestran que los trabajadores insatisfechos faltan al trabajo con más
frecuencias y suelen renunciar más, mientras que los empleados satisfechos gozan de
mejor salud y viven más. La Empresa Comercializadora y Distribuidora de Medicamento
(EMCOMED) Holguín no se encuentra exenta a esto, desde hace tres años atrás ha
venido presentando problemas en cuanto a la fluctuación laboral y es por ello que surge
la necesidad de diagnosticar el nivel de satisfacción laboral en las áreas de Almacén y
Seguridad y Protección de EMCOMED Holguín, para conocer su incidencia en la
fluctuación laboral e influir en su comportamiento. Para darle solución a esta
problemática, se plantea como objetivo general la aplicación parcial de un
procedimiento que permita diagnosticar el nivel de satisfacción laboral en las áreas de
Almacén y Seguridad y Protección de EMCOMED Holguín. Para el desarrollo del
trabajo se emplearon técnicas como la encuesta, entrevista, revisión bibliográfica y el
análisis estadístico mediante el software SPSS que contribuyeron en el cumplimiento
del objetivo propuesto. Se construyó un marco teórico referencial que abarca temas
relacionados con el estudio y se aplicó el procedimiento propuesto por Álvarez Santos
(2012), que permitió diagnosticar la situación actual de la satisfacción laboral,
determinándose las deficiencias a partir de las cuales se trazaron las estrategias y
acciones de mejora a seguir por la organización para mitigar sus efectos The labor satisfaction topic is of great interest, because it indicates the ability of the

this, for three years ago it has been presenting problems in the labor fluctuation and
because of this the necessity of diagnosing the level of labor satisfaction in the areas of
Warehouse and Security and Protection of EMCOMED Holguín arises the necessity of
diagnosing the labor satisfaction level, to know its incidence in the labor fluctuation and
to influence in its behavior. To give solution to this problem, it is stated as the general
objective the partial application that allows diagnosing the satisfaction level in the areas
of Warehouse and Security and Protection of EMCOMED Holguín. For the development
of this paper some techniques such as: surveys, interviews, bibliographical revision and
the statistical analysis by means of the software SPSS that contributed in the execution
of the proposed objective were used. A theoretical referential mark was built that covers
topics related to the study and the proposed procedure by Álvarez Santos (2012) was
applied, that allowed to diagnose the current situation of the labor satisfaction, being
determined the deficiencies starting through which the strategies and actions of
improvement were traced by the organization to mitigate their effects
