Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Inventario en la UEB de Carga de la Empresa Provincial de Transporte de Holguín
Abstract
La gestión de inventario como parte del proceso logístico, que garantiza la entrada de
recursos al sistema en la cantidad, calidad y en el momento requerido, se hace vital
para toda empresa transportista, por lo que se torna imprescindible centrar esfuerzos
para garantizar las piezas y aditamentos en el momento oportuno y realizar las
recomendaciones necesarias para elevar el nivel de servicio al cliente con un mínimo
de costo, es un tema de gran interés en la actualidad, para el logro de la eficiencia y la
eficacia en las empresas .
El presente Trabajo de Diploma tiene como objetivo realizar una Propuesta de Sistema
de Gestión de Inventarios en la UEB de Carga de la Empresa Provincial de Transporte
de Holguín, en vista de lograr la correcta explotación comercial de todo el parque de
equipo, dando continuidad a los recientes trabajos investigativos realizados en la
entidad, donde se evidenció un grupo de deficiencias, relacionadas con el tema.
Para darle cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto, fue realizada una revisión bibliográfica
de la literatura actualizada sobre el tema y fueron consultados algunos especialistas en
materia de logística y transporte.
Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis de la información, inductivo -
deductivo, analítico - sintético, así como también métodos empíricos tales como
encuestas, entrevistas y revisión de documentos.
Como principal resultado cabe señalar que se lograron diseñar los niveles de
inventarios de las piezas de repuesto para los equipos de transporte de carga
pertenecientes a la UEB de Carga de la Empresa Provincial de Transporte de Holguín,
propiciando la mejora del sistema y satisfaciendo las expectativas de los clientes The inventory administration like part of the logistical process that it guarantees the
entrance of resources to the system in the quantity, quality and in the required moment, it
becomes vital for all transport company, for that it´s indispensable restitution to center
efforts to guarantee the pieces and additions in the opportune moment and to carry out
the necessary recommendations to elevate the level of service to the client with a
minimum of cost, it is at the present time a topic of great interest, for the achievement of
the efficiency and the effectiveness in the companies.
The present work has as objective to carry out a Proposal of System of Administration of
Inventories in the UEB of Load of the Provincial Company of Transport of Holguín, in view
of achieving the correct commercial exploitation of the whole team park, giving continuity
to the recent investigative works carried out in the entity, where a group of deficiencies
was evidenced, related with the topic.
To give execution to the proposed objective, a bibliographical revision of the up-to-date
literature was carried out on the topic and some specialists were consulted as regards
logistics and transport.
Theoretical methods were used as the analysis and synthesis of the information,
inductive - deductive, analytic - synthetic, as well as such empiric methods as surveys,
interviews and revision of documents.
As main result it fits to point out that they were possible to design the levels of inventories
of the spare parts for the teams of load transport belonging to the UEB of Load of the
Provincial Company of Transport of Holguín, propitiating the improvement of the system
and satisfying the expectations of the clients
