Construcción y puesta en marcha de una máquina para medir desgaste

Abstract

En este trabajo construyo y puso en funcionamiento una maquina tribológica de desgaste abrasivo, según norma técnica ASTM G65, se realizaron ensayos, demostrando la confiabilidad de la maquina bajo esta norma. La maquina permitirá realizar ensayos confiables de desgaste, siendo otra herramientas para evaluar las características de los materiales y así mejorar el conocimiento de la tribología, además se podrá analizar el comportamiento de diferentes materiales, y de esta manera predecir el ciclo de vida de piezas de maquinaria que están sometidas a este tipo de desgaste.

Construct and put into operation a tribology machine of abrasive wearing, according to practical standards ASTM G65, several tests were performed, demonstrating the reliability of the machine under this norm. The machine will allow to perform reliable tests of wearing down, being another tools to evaluate the characteristics of the materials and thus to improve the knowledge of the tribology, in addition the behavior of different materials will be able to be analyzed, and this way to predict the life time of machinery components that are put under this type of wearing down.
