Caracterización y diagnóstico de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la pequeña empresa no estatal del municipio Holguín
Abstract
En la presente investigación se realiza la caracterización y diagnóstico a la actividad
de Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo en la pequeña empresa no estatal. Tiene como
propósito establecer deficiencias y no conformidades para iniciar la medición de
este proceso. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos se sentaron las bases teóricas
del objeto de estudio, se analizó la situación de investigaciones precedentes y se
diseñó un procedimiento que permitió conocer el estado actual de la actividad en
una pequeña empresa no estatal del municipio Holguín.
El uso de diversos métodos enriquecieron los resultados obtenidos. La aplicación
del procedimiento permitió concluir que los organismos pertinentes no están
exigiendo la gestión de Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo para estas empresas.
Además, existen problemas con los medios de protección personal, el pago en caso
de ocurrencia de accidentes o incidentes de trabajo y que no se establecen
estructuras ni responsables del control de la actividad en estas unidades.
De manera general se cumplieron los objetivos de la investigación In the present investigation it´s carried out the characterization and diagnostic to the
activity of Security and Health of the Work in the small non state company. It has the
purpose to establish deficiencies and non conformities to begin the mensuration of
this process. To give execution to the objectives it sat down the theoretical bases of
the study object, the situation of precedent investigations was analyzed and a
procedure was designed that allowed to know the current state of the activity in a
small non state company of the municipality Holguín.
The use of diverse methods enriched the obtained results. The application of the
procedure allowed concluding that the pertinent organisms are not demanding the
administration of Security and Health of the Work for these companies. Also,
problems exist with the means of personal protection, the payment in the event of
occurrence of accidents or work incidents and that structures don't settle down
neither responsible for the control of the activity in these units.
