La Evaluación integrada de la gestión empresarial por procesos en el Hotel Playa Costa Verde

Abstract

En la actualidad el sistema empresarial cubano está dado a enfrentar restricciones que inciden en su gestión empresarial. Lo anterior demanda la aplicación de enfoques modernos de dirección que permitan elevar los niveles de eficacia y eficiencia. Para lograr este propósito se requiere un mayor nivel de integración de la gestión de los procesos. En el contexto empresarial cubano resulta imprescindible tener en cuenta estos elementos. A esto no están exentan las entidades turísticas del territorio holguinero y en particular el hotel Playa Costa Verde. En esta instalación durante el año 2019 se manifestaron dificultades en su funcionamiento. Debido a este motivo se desarrolló esta investigación, con la finalidad de realizar la evaluación integrada de la gestión empresarial de los procesos. Durante la realización del estudio se pudieron constatar deficiencias relacionadas con: inadecuada formulación de la visión, deterioro de las habitaciones, demoras en recepción, insatisfacciones con la calidad, variedad de la comida y actividades de animación, inconformidades con el salario y deterioro de indicadores del plan de la economía. Sobre la base de estos resultados se elaboró plan de acción. Para cumplir el objetivo planteado se emplearon métodos teóricos como: análisis- síntesis, sistémico-estructural y métodos empíricos y técnicas como: observación directa, revisión documental, encuestas, diagrama causa efecto
