Determinación de los indicadores de fiabilidad del primer prototipo de la Combinada Cañera CCA-5000

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se aborda el análisis de la fiabilidad del primer prototipo de la combinada cañera CCA-5000, basados en la realidad y datos obtenidos durante pruebas de explotación realizadas a la máquina, bajo cronometraje en condiciones reales de trabajo, en áreas de la UAPA Antonio Guiteras de Las Tunas durante la zafra azucarera 2013-2014, con vistas a conocer el comportamiento de los indicadores de calidad. El objetivo fundamental es determinar los índices de fiabilidad de la máquina y así poder conocer el tiempo de servicios de la combinada. La metodología aplicada, “Metodología de cálculo de los indicadores de fiabilidad de combinadas cañeras” constituyó una de las herramientas utilizada para la realización de este trabajo. El procedimiento de la metodología aparece explicado al igual que una serie de conceptos fundamentales para la mejor comprensión del tema en cuestión. Una vez recopilado los datos a través de tablas se procede a procesar las ecuaciones auxiliándose en el EXCEL con el objetivo que permita ajustar los datos observados a una de las distribuciones de frecuencias teóricas que mejor caracterice el comportamiento de la combinada. Luego de conocer la distribución teórica que se corresponde con la muestra obtenida se realizan los cálculos de funcionabilidad, mantenibilidad así como los coeficientes complejos de los órganos de trabajo que son objeto de estudios de fiabilidad en la combinada cañera CCA-5000. Todos los índices y coeficientes calculados para esta máquina se compararon con los indicadores obtenidos en pruebas anteriores realizadas para las cosechadoras KTP-2M y KTP-3S.

The applied methodology, sugarcane harvester methodology of calculation of the indicators of reliability constitute an one belonging to the tools utilized for the realization of this work. The procedure of the methodology appears explained just like a series of fundamental concepts for the best understanding of the theme in point. Once compiled the data through in the EXCELL with the objective that you allow proceeds to processing equations itself fitting up the data observed to and one belonging to the theoretic frequency distributions that better you characterize the behavior of the combined. The calculations of functionality, mantenibilidad as well as the compound coefficients, come true to the organs of work right after knowing the theoretic distribution that is reciprocated with the obtained sign it object is of studies of reliability in the CCA- 5000 sugarcane harvester. All index and coefficients calculated for this machine compared with the indicators obtained in previous proofs accomplished for the harvesters KTP-2M and KTP-3S.
