La Literatura infantil, una vía para favorecer la educación ambiental en la primera infancia

Abstract

Desde la más temprana edad se deben inculcar las primeras ideas sobre la conservación del medio ambiente, para ello en los diferentes ciclos de la Educación de la Primera Infancia, se orienta que las actividades se desarrollarán en función de favorecer sentimientos de amor y cuidado por lo que rodea al niño, con tareas en su vida diaria que reflejen una actitud positiva hacia su preservación, protección, y cuidado, aspectos que no siempre se materializan en la práctica educativa y conducen a la realización del presente estudio dirigido a demostrar la factibilidad del empleo del cuento infantil en este sentido. La profundización a través de métodos teóricos y empíricos, con énfasis en la entrevista y la observación durante la realización de la práctica laboral, como parte de la formación inicial de las investigadoras, permiten obtener resultados que demuestran la posibilidad de elaborar actividades dirigidas a favorecer esta cualidad moral y al mismo tiempo el desarrollo del lenguaje a partir del Cuento “KIKIWI y los desperdicios en el fondo del mar”, que sin lugar a dudas, pueden ser aplicadas en este nivel educacional en sus modalidades institucional y no institucional

From the earliest age, the first ideas about the conservation of the environment must be instilled, for this in the different cycles of Early Childhood Education, it is oriented that the activities will be developed in order to favor feelings of love and care for what that surrounds the child, with tasks in their daily life that reflect a positive attitude towards their preservation, protection, and care, aspects that do not always materialize in educational practice and lead to the realization of this study aimed at demonstrating the feasibility of employment of the children's story in this sense. The deepening through theoretical and empirical methods, with emphasis on the interview and observation during the work practice, as part of the initial training of the researchers, allow obtaining results that demonstrate the possibility of developing activities aimed at promoting this moral quality and at the same time the development of language from the story "KIKIWI and the waste at the bottom of the sea", which without a doubt, can be applied at this educational level in its institutional and no institutional modalities
