Universidad 2022 indicadores de la dimensión social en la selección inicial de talentos deportivos en el Atletismo

Abstract

La selección inicial en el deporte de atletismo permite la identificación oportuna de los talentos deportivos, lo cual tributa a la reserva deportiva del territorio; no obstante este proceso requiere de la adopción de indicadores que posibilite una búsqueda adecuada y racional del futuro talento para el deporte. Tanto los indicadores físicos, técnicos, biológicos, antropométricos y teóricos empleados por regularidad, responden a normativas, bases especiales y requisitos predeterminados; sin embargo no sucede de igual forma con los aspectos sociales, por tanto se devela como problema de la investigación: ¿cómo perfeccionar el tratamiento a la dimensión social en la selección inicial de talentos deportivos en el atletismo en edades de 9 a 12 años? La solución del problema se alcanza con el cumplimiento del objetivo: elaborar una concepción teórica como sustento de los indicadores para perfeccionar el tratamiento de la dimensión social en la selección inicial de talentos deportivos en el atletismo, en este grupo de edades. La investigación se desarrolla en el territorio holguinero, con la inserción de los principales actores de la selección por municipios. La propuesta se orienta a profundizar en las particularidades socioculturales y medioambientales; se hace alusión a la procedencia geográfica de los talentos, tradiciones deportivas en la que se desarrolla, nivel de preparación de los actores, entre las fundamentales; con los criterios de expertos se corrobora la funcionabilidad y pertinencia. La comparación normativa facilitó la comprensión y constatación de las contribuciones en la estabilidad deportiva, se perfecciona la reserva y se incrementa la motivación talento-familia.

The initial selection in the sport of athletics allows for the timely identification of sports talent, which is a tribute to the sports reserve of the territory; however, this process requires the adoption of indicators that allow for an adequate and rational search for future sports talent. Both physical, technical, biological, anthropometric and theoretical indicators used for regularity, respond to regulations, special bases and predetermined requirements; however, the same does not happen with the social aspects, therefore it is revealed as a research problem: how to perfect the treatment of the social dimension in the initial selection of sports talents in athletics in ages 9 to 12? The solution to the problem is achieved by fulfilling the objective: to elaborate a theoretical concept as a basis of the indicators to perfect the treatment of the social dimension in the initial selection of sports talents in athletics, in this age group. The research is developed in the Holguin territory, with the insertion of the main actors of the selection by municipalities. The proposal is oriented to deepen in the socio-cultural and environmental particularities; reference is made to the geographic origin of the talents, sport traditions in which it is developed, level of preparation of the actors, among the fundamental ones; with the experts' criteria the functionality and relevance are corroborated. The normative comparison facilitated the understanding and verification of the contributions in the sport stability, the reserve is perfected and the motivation of talent-family is increased.
