El Liderazgo en el contexto de la escuela como microuniversidad

Abstract

El presente artículo aborda el tema del liderazgo como una alternativa para aumentar la calidad de la educación. En el mismo se hace una sistematización teórica sobre criterios generales en torno al tema, así como dos tipos de liderazgo, que a juicio de su autor, le permiten al directivo contar con una herramienta útil para el logro de su encargo social. En el material se le otorga gran importancia al empleo del estilo de liderazgo transformacional en el contexto de la escuela como microuniversidad.

The present article deals with the topic of leadership as an alternative to enrich the quality of education. This is why, it is necessary to make a theoretical systematization about some general considerations in respect to the topic, as well as, the two types of leadership that in our opinion, allow the principals of schools count on a useful tool for the achievement of their social duty. Paramount significance is given in this material to the implementation of the transformational style of leadership in the context of the school as microuniversity.
