Propuesta de dimensiones e indicadores que caracterizan la superación profesional de los tutores y docentes en la Educación Técnica y Profesional : Un imperativo de la Escuela Politécnica Cubana actual

Abstract

En el presente artículo se hace la propuesta de dimensiones e indicadores que caracterizan la superación profesional de los tutores y docentes de la Educación Técnica y Profesional (ETP), en correspondencia con el nuevo Modelo Educativo de la Escuela Politécnica Cubana actual, los cuales permitirán una mejor eficiencia en el diagnóstico, planificación, ejecución y evaluación del sistema de superación. Fueron elaborados sobre la base de los fundamentos teóricos que establece el Modelo de la Escuela Politécnica Cubana y a través de la aplicación del enfoque sistémico–estructural, el análisis, la síntesis, y la revisión de documentos y literaturas científicas. Puede generalizarse a todas las familias de especialidades de la ETP.

The purpose of this article is to give the dimensions and indicators that caracterise the advantage of tutors and professors, that belong to ETP in correspondence with the New Educative Model in the actual Politecnic School, by means of this the professors will have a better efficient in the diagnose, planification, ejecution and evaluation of the system. All of this was elaborate from the theoric base of the Cuban Politecnic School and to apply with the structural system, the analysis, and cientific literature. It can use in all the specialities family of the ETP.
