Programa para favorecer la comunicación familia-adolescente-escuela

Abstract

La comunicación permite el desarrollo integral de la personalidad del hombre, de ahí la necesidad de formar una cultura comunicativa en todos los ciudadanos, sobre todo en los adolescentes donde desempeña un importante papel la familia y el maestro. Es por ello que este trabajo está fundamentado en la necesidad de preparar al profesor que tiene como tarea esencial la educación de adolescentes y jóvenes a través de un Programa de Educación Familiar para favorecer la estimulación de la comunicación familia-adolescente-escuela, de este modo puede contribuir al desarrollo integral de los estudiantes. Se sugieren temas encaminados a preparar a los docentes en la comunicación familia-adolescente-escuela, para lo que se emplearon talleres que facilitaron la preparación de estos para guiar esta tarea con las familias de los adolescentes que estudian en la Educación Técnica y Profesional.

Communication allows an integral development of men´s personality then, the need to develop a communicative culture in all citizens, mainly in the adolescents where the family and the teacher play a very important role. Therefore, this paper is based on the necessity of preparing teachers who have as their main task the education of the adolescent anf the youth throuhg a Program for Familiar Education which favors the school-adolescent-family communication. In this way it may contribute to the comprehensive development of the students. This work is part of a mastership thesis. In the same way, this makes a proposal of themes directed to train the adolescents in the school-adolescent-family communication. Workshops were used in its preparation to conduct this task with the families of the teenagers who are engaged in the Technical-Professional Education.
