Análisis de usabilidad de un entorno virtual de Enseñanza- Aprendizaje universitario durante la pandemia

Abstract

Actualmente numerosas herramientas de software son utilizadas en el ámbito educativo, con la aparición del Covid19 en Argentina y el mundo los espacios de aprendizaje se modificaron radicalmente debiendo adaptarse muchas instituciones y organizaciones, incluyendo las universidades. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar la usabilidad de la plataforma Moodle durante la cuarentena, a través de un análisis utilizando encuestas de usabilidad. Por último, se dan las conclusiones sobre la experiencia y las diferentes estrategias ante los retos presentados, siempre teniendo como prioridad a nuestro estudiante.

Currently, numerous software tools are used in the educational field, with the appearance of Covid19 in Argentina, learning spaces were radically modified and many institutions and organizations, including universities, had to adapt. The objective of this article is to show the usability of the Moodle platform during quarantine, through an analysis using usability surveys. Finally, the conclusions are given about the experience and the different strategies in the face of the challenges presented, always having our student as a priority.
