Sistema de superación axiológico para profesionales del territorio holguinero

Abstract

En la presente investigación se diseña un sistema de superación profesional que articula el trabajo científico-metodológico y docente- educativo de los profesores universitarios. Desde un enfoque inter y transdiciplinario, cada actividad formativa parte de un diagnóstico de las necesidades e intereses de los profesores en su área de trabajo y tiene en cuenta en el diseño de los cursos los criterios de los docentes, en especial los jóvenes. La misma ha sido aplicada durate los años 2017 - 2021, con alto grado de satisfaccion por los cursistas. El trabajo realizado aporta a la constante necesidad de superación de los profesionales de la Universidad de Holguín y de otros Centros de Educación Superior del territorio, como la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas, la Escuela Provincial del PCC y la Escuela Provincial del MININT, así como a los recursos humanos de diversas empresas de la provincia y la zona oriental. Se contribuye además al vínculo universidad-empresa y al desarrollo local. La investigación es resultado del proyecto de investigación, Estudios axiologicos: formación y superación de los profesionales de la educación superior, asociado al programa nacional Problemas actuales del sistema educativo cubano: perspectivas de desarrollo.

In this research, a professional improvement system is designed that articulates the scientific-methodological and teaching-educational work of university professors. From an inter- and trans-disciplinary approach, each training activity starts from a diagnosis of the needs and interests of teachers in their area of work and takes into account the criteria of teachers, especially young people, in the design of the courses. It has been applied during the years 2017 - 2021, with a high degree of satisfaction by the students. The work carried out contributes to the constant need for improvement of the professionals of the University of Holguín and other Higher Education Centers of the territory, such as the University of Medical Sciences, the Provincial School of the PCC and the Provincial School of MININT, as well as the human resources of various companies in the province and the eastern zone. It also contributes to the universitybusiness link and local development. The research is the result of the research project, Axiological studies: training and improvement of higher education professionals, associated with the national program Current problems of the Cuban educational system: development perspectives.
