Sintetiza los aspectos más relevantes de la vida y obra de Ernesto Che Guevara. Analiza profunda y exhaustivamente el libro El socialismo y el hombre en Cuba, escrito por él. En las conclusiones destaca las ideas esenciales contenidas en el mismo y subraya la vigencia de su pensamiento en la actualidad. El trabajo de las autoras puede ser consultado por directivos y docentes de todas las educaciones para conocer el pensamiento de este autor acerca del socialismo y llevarlo a la práctica en su trabajo con los estudiantes, lo que puede hacerse a través de ejemplos, para lo cual deben realizarse las adecuaciones pertinentes en correspondencia con la edad, el nivel de escolaridad y los valores morales que sean necesarios acentuar en los mismos.

It synthesizes the most outstanding aspects in the life and work of Ernesto Che Guevara. It analyzes deep and thoroughly the book The socialism and the man in Cuba, written by him. In the conclusions it highlights the essential ideas contained in the same one and he/she underlines the validity of their thought at the present time. The work of the authors can be consulted by directive and educational of all the educations to know this author's thought about the socialism and to take it to the practice in its work with the students, what can be made through examples, for that which you/they should be carried out the pertinent adaptations in correspondence with the age, the escolaridad level and the moral values that are necessary to accentuate in the same ones.
