Superación de regla y arbitraje del Béisbol para eventos provinciales

Abstract

La investigación aborda una problemática de actualidad para el cuerpo de arbitraje de la provincia de Holguín, el mismo se titula: “Propuesta de superación de regla y arbitraje del Béisbol para eventos provinciales”, fundamentado por el objetivo de una propuesta de superación para elevar el nivel de conocimiento y de preparación tanto teórica como práctica; el mismo se desarrollará con una muestra poblacional que participará en el 46 Campeonato Provincial de Béisbol, lo que representará el 100 %, el procedimiento a seguir será mediante la aplicación de encuesta y entrevista, la cual identificará el problema fundamental, posteriormente se hace un diagnóstico para categorizar el nivel de conocimiento, acto seguido se inicia el proceso de enseñanza teniendo presente 12 acciones de las más exigentes dentro de la mecánica de arbitraje con su respectivo sistema de evaluación que se controlará con el pos-test, significando el incremento del aprendizaje después de haber aplicado dicho programa, arribando a posibles conclusiones: se comprobará el nivel de conocimientos teóricos y prácticos ante las acciones seleccionadas sobre la mecánica de los posibles movimientos a ejecutar ante un partido celebrado y ante las exigencias del sistema de evaluación que se lleva a cabo por parte de los chequeadores o personal asignado para observar y evaluar el trabajo de los mismos en los diferentes eventos, se detectará el nivel de preparación de los árbitros en la propias competencias, pues es mucho más eficiente y real, posibilitando incrementar el prestigio de la actuación de los árbitros durante el desempeño del juego sobre la base de su labor en el terreno.

The following investigation is about a present problematic for the refereeing body of the Holguín province, which it is called: “Proposal for overcoming the baseball rule and refereeing in provincial events”, grounded by the objective of an overcoming proposal to raise the knowledge and so the theoretical and practical preparation level; is going to be developed it self with a population sample which will participate in the 46 Provincial Championship of Baseball, representing the 100%, the following procedure will be realized by the application of interviews and polls, helping to identify the main problem, subsequently a diagnose is made to categorize the knowledge level, following that, the teaching process begins, having in present the 12 most exigent actions of the referee mechanics with it´s respective evaluation system that will be controlled with the post-test, meaning the increase of teaching after being applied said program. Arriving to possible conclusions: The practical and theoretical knowledge level will be checked by the selected actions about the possible movement mechanics to execute before a celebrated match and before the evaluation system´s demands, which is carried out by the checkers or assigned staff to watch and evaluate the work of the different events, the preparation level of the referees in the own competitions, because its more real and efficient, enabling the increase of the prestige in the referee´s work during the game.
