El Desempeño profesional del tutor y su mejoramiento

Abstract

En el artículo se exponen los resultados de una sistematización realizada acerca del desempeño profesional de los tutores y su proceso de mejoramiento. En el mismo, el autor asume criterios de algunos estudiosos del tema y define ambos conceptos: desempeño profesional y mejoramiento del desempeño profesional. Esta sistematización constituye una importante pauta para la modelación de los procesos inherentes a la universalización de las carreras pedagógicas, en Cuba.

In the article the results of a systematizing are exposed carried out about the professional acting of the tutors and their process of improvement. In the same one, the author assumes some specialists' of the topic approaches and it defines both concepts: acting professional and improvement of the professional acting. This systematizing constitutes an important rule for the modelación from the inherent processes to the universalization of the pedagogic careers, in Cuba.
