Procedimiento para el diseño geotécnico de pilotes sometidos a cargas laterales mediante el software GEO – 5
Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar un procedimiento mediante el
software Geo – 5, el cual permitirá resolver las limitantes existentes en la Unidad de
Investigaciones de la Construcción de Holguín (UIC) en el diseño geotécnico de pilotes
sometidos a cargas laterales. Los fundamentos teóricos – metodológicos, el
diagnóstico de las herramientas computacionales y las ayudas de cálculo permitieron
sentar las bases para la concepción de dicho procedimiento por el Método de los
Estados Límites (MEL) y los métodos de cálculo adecuados para la determinación de
la capacidad de carga vertical y la resistencia lateral. Se diseñó en cuatro etapas y 12
pasos. Se aplicó para el caso de estudio Viaducto Carretera a Siboney, Santiago de
Cuba, permitió evaluar varias soluciones de cimentaciones sobre pilotes, donde
optimiza el tiempo de trabajo. La solución del problema de la investigación y el
cumplimiento de los objetivos fue posible con la implementación de un sistema de
métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica, empírica y estadísticos-matemáticos. La redacción de la tesis está regida por la norma APA, sexta edición del
Microsoft Office.
The present work has as objective develop a procedure through the sofware Geo-5,
the which allow solve the limiting existing in the unit of research of the consttucción of
Holguin (UIC) in the design geotrcnico of piles subject to charges lateral. The
foundations theoretical-metodológicos, diagnosing of the tools computational and the
aid of calculation enabled sit the bases for the conception of said procedure for the
method of the states limits (MEL) and the methods of calculation adequate for the
determination of the ability of load vertical and the resistance lateral. Is designed in
four stages and 12 steps. Is applied for the case of study viaduct highway to Siboney,
Santiago of Cuba, alowed evaluate several solutions of cimentaciones on piles, where
optimiza the time of work. The solution of problem of the research and the fulfilment of
the objectives was possible with the implementation of a system of methods of the
research scientific of nature teĺrica, empirical and statistical mathematical. The drafting
