Análisis del aprovechamiento del capital humano en la UEB Empacadora Producciones Especiales en la Empresa Cárnica TRADISA de Holguín

Abstract

Esta investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de identificar las causas que generan un bajo aprovechamiento del capital humano, ya partir de ellas diseñar estrategias que contribuyan a su mejoramiento. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se se utilizó como método general el dialéctico materialista, además de métodos teóricos y empíricos, dentro los que se encuentran: el histórico–lógico, análisis y síntesis, inducción–deducción, criterio de expertos y encuestas. Como resultado del procedimiento aplicado se detectaron las principales causas que generan un bajo aprovechamiento del capital humano entre las de mayor relevancia se encuentran: el salario pues no se corresponde con el actividad que se realiza, deficientes condiciones de trabajo, inconformidad con el sistema de estimulación, mala actitud ante el trabajo, desmotivación laboral, mala selección del personal, entre otras. Se realizó el diagnóstico interno y externo del área de recursos humanos, ubicándolo a la entidad en el cuadrante DA de la Matriz DAFO, donde se recomienda la implementación de estrategias de ‟supervivencia”. De igual forma se ejecutó la Matriz Interna-Externa la cual sugiere ejecutar estrategias de “resistencia”, ocasionado por la ubicación de la empresa en el cuadrante V. Al concluir con el análisis se arribaron a conclusiones y recomendaciones que favorecerán en la UEB mejorar el funcionamiento de la gestión del capital humano.
