Análisis económico de la Empresa de Contrucción y Montaje Especializado (ECME)

Abstract

El mundo en que vivimos hoy en día exige de quienes dirigen las organizaciones los conocimientos y el uso de tecnología, pero sobre todo el manejo eficiente de información que le permitan una correcta toma decisiones, para asegurar la permanencia de las empresas a largo plazo. Los desafíos impuestos en estos nuevos retos demandan estar preparados para enfrentar estos cambios y aplicar nuevas técnicas que condicionen un manejo eficiente de los recursos económicos a tono con la transformación de la sociedad y la nueva contextualización del modelo económico cubano. Por tanto, realizar un análisis económico sobre la base de un procedimiento que evalúe los principales indicadores para facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones en la Empresa de Construcción y Montaje Especializado, constituye el objetivo de la presente investigación. Lo anterior da lugar a las valoraciones cualitativas y cuantitativas que demandan la empresa para su crecimiento económico. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo planteado se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadístico-matemático unidos a la consulta de bibliografía actualizada lo que The world we live in today requires from those who run the organizations the knowledge and use of technology, but above all the efficient handling of information that allows them to make correct decisions, to ensure the permanence of companies in the long term. The challenges imposed in these new challenges demand to be prepared to face these changes and to apply new techniques that condition an efficient management of economic resources in tune with the transformation of society and the new contextualization of the Cuban economic model. Therefore, carrying out an economic analysis based on a procedure that evaluates the main indicators to facilitate the decision-making process in the ECME, constitutes the objective of this investigation. The above gives rise to the qualitative and quantitative valuations that the company demands for its economic growth. For the fulfillment of the proposed objective, theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were used together with the updated bibliography consultation, which made it possible to demonstrate the economic impact from a social development perspective.
