Estudio de Estructura Organizativa de Dirección en la Empresa Productora de Níquel Comandante René Ramos Latour

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo aplicar un Procedimiento para estructura organizativa de dirección en el marco del Sistema de Dirección y Gestión Empresarial en la Empresa Productora de Níquel Comandante René Ramos Latour, para realizar un diagnóstico de la estructura organizativa de dirección y trazar estrategias que permitan un desempeño eficiente de la organización, desde el punto de vista de la estructura organizativa. Aplicando técnicas y herramientas de investigación y con el intercambio de los directivos, especialistas y trabajadores, se propusieron dos variantes de estructuras organizativas logrando perfeccionarla y que cumpliera con los requerimientos de la entidad y respondiera a las exigencias del Sistema de Dirección y Gestión Empresarial. Se logran resultados favorables con la nueva propuesta, pues esta se analiza luego del diagnóstico realizado a la entidad, en el tema estructura organizativa y se concluye con la propuesta de mostrar esta investigación al consejo de dirección de la empresa, para su valoración y posterior implementación logrando la satisfacción de los objetivos propuestos. The present investigation was carried out in the nickel producer company Cmdte "René Ramos Latour. There were applied, in the mark of the System of Direction and Managerial Administration, a procedure for management of organizational structures. Its fundamental objective was to carry out a diagnosis of the organizational structure of the management and to trace strategies that allow an efficient acting of the organization from the point of view of the organizational structure. Applying technical and investigation tools and with the cooperation of the directives, specialists and workers, two variants of organizational structures were proposed. They both were improved and it was possible to fulfil them according to the requirements of the entity and that they could respond to the demands of the Direction System and Managerial Administration. Favourable results are achieved with the new proposal, because it is analyzed after the diagnosis to the entity in the topic of organizational structures and it finishes with the proposal to show this investigation to the Management Board of the company for its valuation and implementation achieving the satisfaction of the proposed
