Aplicación de un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo en la Granja Estatal Frank País

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma se realizó en la Granja Estatal de Nuevo Tipo Frank País García (GENT Frank País García) perteneciente al Ministerio de la Agricultura (MINAGRI), con el objetivo de medir la actividad de cría y desarrollo de equinos aplicando un procedimiento para realizar estudios de organización del trabajo. Este procedimiento se aplicó al proceso clave de gestación, nacimiento y desarrollo. Se emplearon técnicas de estudio de tiempo, y otras relacionadas con la especialidad para medir la actividad objeto de estudio. El trabajo se estructuró en tres capítulos, en el primero se realizó una fundamentación teórica que explicó las diversas técnicas y herramientas utilizadas para realizar la medición del trabajo, en el segundo se describió el procedimiento metodológico para realizar un estudio de organización del trabajo en determinadas actividades propias de la unidad y en el tercero se aplicó el procedimiento y se determinó el problema fundamental, las causas que lo provocaron, así como las posibles soluciones. Como resultado, se determinó el estado de la medición del trabajo de la actividad de cría y desarrollo de equinos en la GENT Frank País. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron elaborar acciones, que servirán de guía para el resto de las actividades fundamentales de la Granja. This diploma paper was made in the State Grange of New Type Frank Pais Garcia (GENT Frank Pais Garcia) which belongs to the agricultural Ministry with the objective of measure the activity of breeding and development of horses using a procedure to make studies of organization of the work. This procedure was applied to the key process of pregnancy, born and development. Some techniques of study of time were used, and others related with the specialisty to measure the activity object of study. The work has three chapters, in the first one theoretical fundamentation was made to explain the different techniques and instruments to measure the work, in the second one the methodological procedure was described to make a study of organization of the work in some activities proper of the unity and in the third one the procedure was applied and the main problem was determinate, the causes that provoked them and the possible solutions. As a result the state of the medition of the work of the activity of breeding and development of horse in the GENT Frank Pais Garcia was determinate. The obtained results permitted to elaborate actions that are going to serve of guidance for the rest of the most important activities of the Grange
