Propuesta de conceptualización de las personas sordas e hipoacúsicas en el contexto pedagógico

Abstract

En el presente artículo se analizan definiciones que durante mucho tiempo han servido para nombrar o diferenciar a las personas con pérdidas en la capacidad auditiva. Esto demostró la necesidad de una propuesta que cambie la conceptualización desde la óptica pedagógica que refleje las verdaderas necesidades que demandan estas personas. Las terminologías tradicionalmente utilizadas como sordera: hipoacusia, deficiencia auditiva, no satisfacen estas necesidades, por constituir términos segregacionistas y diferenciadores con respecto a las demás personas. Por lo que en este trabajo se brinda una nueva conceptualización que permite que el sistema de educación nacional alcance una educación de calidad para todos por igual. Se dirige fundamentalmente a educadores de los diferentes centros educacionales.

In this article there an analysis of definitions that has been used for a long time to call the people with lost in earring capacities . This show the need of change the definitions since the training teacher knolodge that provide the real needless that ask this persons. The definitions that has been used as a tradition as deaf, hipoacustic, earning deficient, do not support the needless of this persons, because do not integrated them. In this way , this work give a new definition that provide to the national education take up a highest level of education for all. It is line to the educationals institutions for this persons.
