Sistema de Gestión de los Riesgos Laborales, del procesos de transformación del plástico, en la Empresa Plástico Cajimaya
Abstract
En este trabajo se muestra la aplicación de un procedimiento para Gestionar la
Prevención de los Riesgos Laborales, aplicado a un puesto de trabajo determinado en
la Empresa Plástico Cajimaya
La aplicación se realizó de forma parcial hasta la primera etapa del procedimiento
donde se obtuvieron resultados que atentan en contra del buen desempeño del Sistema
de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y del mejoramiento de la Calidad de
Vida Laboral y la Productividad en el Trabajo.
El trabajo se divide en dos capítulos, organizados de la siguiente forma donde en el
primero se abordan temas como la Ergonomía, la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y la
Gestión de la Prevención de los Riesgos en el Trabajo; además, se hace referencia al
procedimiento que se aplicó y en el segundo capítulo se muestra la aplicación del
procedimiento y los resultados que arrojó el mismo.
In this work the application of a procedure is shown to Negotiate the Prevention of the
Labor Risks, applied to a work position determined in the Company Plastic Cajimaya.
The application was carried out in a partial way until the first stage of the procedure
where results were obtained that they attempt against the good acting of the System of
Administration of the Security and Occupational Health and of the improvement of the
Quality of Labor Life and the Productivity in the Work.
The work is divided in two chapters, organized in the following way where in the first
topics like the Ergonomics, the Security and Occupational Health and the Administration
of the Prevention of the Risks are approached in the Work; also, reference is made to
the procedure that was applied and in the second chapter it is shown the application of
the procedure and the results that it threw the same one
