El Claustrillo de Grado. ¿Una reunión?

Abstract

Este artículo plantea la concepción del trabajo en equipo de profesores en la Enseñanza Preuniversitaria, a través del órgano metodológico llamado Claustrillo de Grado, basado en el principio sinergético; apuntando hacia el cumplimiento del rol de cada uno de sus integrantes, en función del fin del nivel y carácter estratégico.

This article states the conception of working in teams of professors in Senior high level, staff and based on the synergetic principle; forward the accomplishment of the role by all the members, focused on the end of the level and character strategic.
