Aplicación de un procedimiento para realizar estudio de Organización del Trabajo en el área del Laboratorio de la UEB Loynaz Hechavarría perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo, Aplicación parcial de un procedimiento para realizar estudios de Organización del Trabajo en el área del Laboratorio de la UEB Loynaz Hechavarría perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera Holguín, se realizó teniendo en cuenta el procedimiento desarrollado por Nieves Julbe en 2008. El mismo permitió mediante estudios de aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral con la aplicación de MOI y fotografía individual determinar que el aprovechamiento de la jornada es del 81.79%, insuficiente para la organización, se llegó a la conclusión que existen deficiencias en la división y cooperación del trabajo y se trazó un plan de acción para suplir estas deficiencias. Entre las soluciones a implementar está la de redistribuir determinadas funciones de cargos y eliminar dos plazas de auxiliares de laboratorio para determinar la plantilla óptima.
