El Aprendizaje de las ciencias naturales en la escuela primaria como investigación escolar: ¿necesidad o utopía?

Abstract

En este artículo se establecieron fundamentos teóricos que sustentan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales en el nivel primario como actividad investigativa escolar. Ello constituye una tendencia actual de la Didáctica particular de la referida materia. Por tanto, se abordaron investigaciones nacionales e internacionales, que aproximan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de este campo, a la actividad científico-investigadora contemporánea. Ello posibilitó que se enriqueciera la concepción teórico-metodológica del Modelo de Escuela Primaria vigente. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos y prácticos como el análisis documental y la aplicación de entrevistas, encuestas y la observación.

In this article were established the theoretical foundations supporting the Natural Sciences teaching-learning process as a school research activity in the primary level. This constitutes a current trend of the special Didactics of the aforementioned subject. Thus, it was necessary to consult national and international researches that approximate the teaching-learning process of this scope to the contemporary scientificresearch activity. All this strengthened the theoretical-methodological conception of the nowadays Primary School Model. Theoretical and practical methods were used like the document analysis and interviews, surveys and the observation.
