Perfeccionamiento del sistema de planificación de la producción en la UEB López peña

Abstract

La presente investigación está desarrolladla en base a lograr el perfeccionamiento del sistema de planificación de la producción en la UEB López Peña, con el objetivo de mejorar sus indicadores de eficiencia y su sistema de estimulación a los trabajadores. Demostrando la necesidad de realizar la planificación de forma objetiva, en el lugar que le corresponde, dentro del contexto de la actualización del modelo económico cubano, lo que constituye una demanda de primer orden. Un proceso de planificación bien estructurado y científicamente argumentado, tanto a nivel nacional como empresarial, en el caso de la presente investigación, se convierte en una importante premisa para ubicar y utilizar adecuadamente los limitados recursos con que cuenta un pequeño país como Cuba. Para su elaboración se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadístico-matemático unido a la consulta de bibliografía actualizada lo que posibilitó evidenciar valoraciones cualitativas y cuantitativas desde una perspectiva de desarrollo económico y social.
