Martí en nuestros héroes

Abstract

La idea de dedicar un artículo especial en homenaje a nuestro héroe nacional en un aniversario más de su natalicio es sin dudas una excelente contribución a profundizar en su legado y a preservarlo para el conocimiento de las actuales y futuras generaciones. Para promover una interpretación acertada de esta figura excepcional de nuestra historia y de América que fue José Martí resulta imprescindible destacar todo lo que se integró en el crisol de ideas de nuestro héroe y la enorme influencia que continuó ejerciendo después de su muerte. Nos estamos refiriendo a un período que abarca dos siglos de historia y que se inicia en los tiempos forjadores de la cultura cubana y de la formación de la conciencia nacional, en los albores del siglo XIX, y llega hasta nuestros días.

The idea of dedicating a special article in homage to our national hero in an anniversary more than its birthday is without doubts an excellent contribution to deepen in its legacy and to preserve it for the knowledge of the current and future generations. To promote a guessed right interpretation of this exceptional figure of our history and of America that was José Martí it is indispensable all that was integrated in the hearth of our hero's ideas and the enormous influence to highlight that continuous exercising after their death. We are referring to one period that embraces two centuries of history and that it begins in the times forgers of the Cuban culture and of the formation of the national conscience, in the beginnings of the XIX century, and it arrives until our days.
