Estudio de factibilidad económico financiero como proyecto de desarrollo local del restaurante en Rafael Freyre

Abstract

Los servicios han venido tomando fuerza acorde al aumento de la competencia nivel municipal, territorial y nacional, siendo el servicio gastronómico uno de los sectores estratégicos del país definido en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Económico y Social hasta el 2030 y en los lineamientos donde se expone que la actividad de los servicios deberá tener un crecimiento acelerado que garantice la sostenibilidad y fortalezca la economía. Por la importancia que se le concede a la valoración de decidir sobre la continuidad de un proyecto de inversión, a partir de la obligatoriedad que al respecto recoge el Decreto del Proceso Inversionista se hace necesario la siguiente investigación que tiene como objetivo principal realizar el estudio de factibilidad económica financiera del proyecto de inversión Restaurante Los Astros que contribuya al posterior desarrollo del municipio Rafael Freyre. Para realizar el análisis de factibilidad en la inversión se utilizaron los métodos teóricos y empíricos. En el proceso investigativo se emplearon diversos métodos financieros como el Valor Presente Neto, la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento y el Periodo de Recuperación actualizado y sin actualizar, que permitan valorar los resultados que alcanzará la inversión. En el análisis realizado se obtuvieron resultados favorables en la inversión del restaurante al manifestar un Valor Presente Neto positivo, una Tasa Interna de Rendimiento por encima del costo de capital y un Periodo de Recuperación de la inversión aceptable, de acuerdo a los años pronosticados, los mismos provocan un efecto positivo para el desarrollo local del municipio. The services have come taking force chord to the increase of the competition municipal, territorial and national level, being the gastronomic service one of the strategic sectors of the country defined in the National Plan of Economic and Social Development up to the 2030 and in the limits where it is exposed that the activity of the services will have a quick growth that guarantees the base and strengthen the economy. For the importance that is granted to the valuation of deciding about the continuity of an investment project, starting from the obligation that in this respect it picks up the Ordinance of the Process Investor it becomes necessary the following investigation that has as main objective to carry out the study of financial economic feasibility of the project of investment restaurant The Stars that it contributes to the later development of the municipality Rafael Freyre. To carry out the analysis of feasibility in the investment the theoretical and empiric methods they were used. In the investigative process diverse financial methods were used as the Net Present Value, the Internal Rate of Yield and the modernized Period of Recovery and without to modernize that allow to value the results that it will reach the investment. In the carried out analysis favorable results were obtained in the investment from the restaurant when manifesting a positive Net Present Value, an Internal Rate of Yield above the capital cost and a Period of Recovery of the acceptable investment, according to the predicted years, the same ones cause a positive effect for the local development of the municipality
