Diseño del plan de acción para la implantación del sistema de gestión ambiental del Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica (CIGET) de Holguín

Abstract

Los Centros de Información y Gestión Tecnológica de Cuba (CIGET) enfrentan el reto de contribuir al equilibrio entre tres pilares claves del desarrollo; la economía, la sociedad y el medio ambiente. Una actitud armónica con el medio ambiente mejora la imagen del CIGET de Holguín y además le permite prestar servicios científico tecnológicos cada vez más competitivos, por lo que el propósito de la investigación estuvo orientado al diseño del plan de acción para la implantación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) del CIGET de Holguín, que contribuya al desempeño ambiental organizacional. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos, así como instrumentos para la recolección, procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de los datos. Los resultados fundamentales alcanzados con la investigación fueron el diagnóstico del SGA del CIGET a partir de los requisitos establecidos en la Norma Cubana 14001:2015 y el plan de acción para la implantación y certificación del SGA, constando de 6 acciones principales con varias acciones secundarias.

Trabajo de Diploma SUMMARY The Centers of Information and Technological Step of Cuba (CIGET) confront the challenge to contribute to the equilibrium between three pillars keys of development; Economy, the society and the ambient midway. The image of Holguín's CIGET improves a harmonious attitude with the ambient midway and besides enables rendering scientific technological services more and more competitive, which is why the purpose of investigation was oriented to the designing of the policy for the implantation of System of Environmental Step (SGA) of Holguín's CIGET that you contribute to the environmental organizational performance. Processing, analyses and interpretation of the data utilized theoretic methods and empiricists themselves, as well as instruments for the anthology. The fundamental results attained with investigation were the diagnosis of the SGA of the CIGET as from the requirements established in the Standard Cuban 14001:2015 and the policy for implantation and the SGA's certification, consisting of 6 principal actions with several ancillary bills.
