Diagnóstico causal al plan de mantenimiento, reparación e inversiones en la Empresa Agroforestal Mayarí

Abstract

El proceso de planificación toma en cuenta las políticas definidas y asegura su respaldo, promoviendo la generación y obtención de los recursos necesarios incluyendo a todos los actores de la economía y la sociedad. También prevé los equilibrios imprescindibles entre las disponibilidades de los principales recursos y las necesidades posibles de satisfacer en cada plazo, a tono con las potencialidades, las prioridades y metas a alcanzar en el progreso humano sostenible. Por tanto, el objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en aplicar un diagnóstico causal al plan de mantenimiento, reparación e inversiones para el manejo eficiente de los recursos económicos en la Empresa Agroforestal Mayarí. Para su elaboración se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos-matemáticos unido a la consulta de bibliografía actualizada lo que permitió delimitar como principal barrera del proceso de planificación que los planes de inversión solo se reducen a los inventarios evidenciando poca objetividad y extrema centralización así como insuficiencias en el control de los recursos para garantizar con antelación que los proveedores surtan las materias primas a pesar de la carencia de recursos y motivado por la falta de gestión. Lo anterior incide en la discusión apresurada del plan sin un análisis a profundidad repercutiendo en el aumento de los planes sin consultar a los trabajadores con un impacto negativo en la economía local y nacional como causa principal. The planning process takes into account the defined policies and ensures their support, promoting the generation and obtaining of the necessary resources, including all actors in the economy and society. It also foresses the essential balances between the availability of the main resources and the possible needs to be met in each term, in tune with the potencialities, priorities and goals to be achieved in sustainable human progress. Therefore, the objective of this research is to apply a causal diagnosis to the maintenance, repair and investment plan for the efficient management of economic resources in the Mayari Agroforestry Company. For its elaboration, theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods were used together with the updated bibliography consultation, wich allowed to define as the main barrier of the planning process that investment plans are only reduced to inventories, showing little objectivity and extreme centralization as well as insufficiencies in the control of resources to guarantee in advance that suppliers supply raw materials despite the lack of resources and motivated by the lack of management. The foregoing affects the hasty discussion of the plan without an in-depht analysis, impacting on the increase in he plans without consulting the workers with a negative impact on the local and national economy as the main cause.
