Evaluación de la aplicación de trichoderma spp en el cultivo del pepino (Cucumis sativus, L.)

Abstract

El presente trabajo se efectuó en áreas agrícolas de la CCS Marino Morales Torres, ubicada en el municipio Holguín, de la provincia Holguín, con el propósito de evaluar la influencia del trichoderma spp en el control de patógenos, así como en el crecimiento y desarrollo del cultivo de pepino (Cucumis sativus L.). Se utilizó un diseño completamente al azar, con 3 réplicas y 2 tratamientos. Se evaluaron las variables morfológicas: altura de la planta, número de hojas por plantas y tamaño de la hoja. A los datos obtenidos se le aplicó un análisis de varianza a través del paquete estadístico Statistis versión 8, la comparación de medias se realizó mediante la prueba de Tukey, con un nivel de significancia de 005. Se registró además, durante el crecimiento y desarrollo del cultivo, el comportamiento de las variables climáticas. Como resultados se obtuvo que la aplicación de Trichoderma spp como medio biológico en el control de patógeno tuvo un efecto favorable, al disminuir la infestación por Meloidogyne spp de grado 4 y 3 a grado 2, además los componentes del tejido vegetal, altura de la planta, número de hojas por plantas, ancho y largo de la hoja, mostraron el mejor comportamiento en el tratamiento Con Trichoderma (CT), con diferencias significativas respecto al tratamiento Sin Trichoderma (ST).

The present work took effect in agricultural areas of her Marino Morales Torres CCS, located at the municipality Holguín, of the province Holguín, in order to evaluate the trichoderma's influence spp in the control of pathogenic, that way I eat in the growth and development of the cultivation of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). A design was utilized completely at random, with 3 replies and 2 treatments.They evaluated the morphologic variables: Height of the plant, number of sheets for plants and size of the sheet.The obtained data were applied an analysis of variance through the statistical parcel Statistis version 8, the comparison of stockings came true by means of Tukey's proof, with significancia's level of 005.Got registered besides, during the growth and development of cultivation, the behavior of the climatic variables.As results were obtained than Trichoderma's application spp like biological means in the control of pathogenic afavorable effect, to decrease the infestation for Meloidogyne had spp willingly 4 and 3 to grade 2, besides the vegetable textile's components, height of the plant, number of sheets for plants, width and length of the sheet, they showed the best behavior in the treatment Con Trichoderma (CT), with significant differences in relation to the treatment Without Trichoderma (ST).
