Estudio integrativo de las emociones en la dinámica del comportamiento de sujetos con padecimientos alérgicos.

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en el Área de Salud Alcides Pino Bermúdez del municipio Holguín con el objetivo de valorar la influencia de las emociones en la dinámica comportamental de sujetos con Alergias, a través de un abordaje integrativo de las mismas. La incidencia de las alergias en sujetos adultos en esta área constituye una preocupación por su repercusión en la salud y calidad de vida de estos pacientes. Esta investigación se sustentó teóricamente en un enfoque integrador de la salud humana, en el que se abordan factores físicos, biológicos, psicológicos y sociales que influyen en el curso de esta enfermedad. Es por eso que en el primer capítulo se realizó un análisis de los principales referentes que sostienen estos puntos de vista, entre ellos la Psiconeuroendocrinoinmunología y la Bioneuroemoción. En el segundo capítulo se presentó la metodología propuesta para el estudio. En el tercer capítulo se realizó una caracterización de la influencia de las emociones en la dinámica del comportamiento de cada sujeto tras vivenciar el cuadro alérgico. En las conclusiones se puntualizó la información obtenida de manera sintética y generalizadora. Se propusieron recomendaciones para favorecer otras miradas al objeto estudiado.

The present work was carried out in the Area of Health Alcides Pino Bermudez in the municipality of Holguin, with the goal to value the influence of the emotions in the behavior dynamics in human beings with allergies, through an integrated boarding of these emotions. The incidence of the allergies in adults in this area constitutes a concern because of its repercussion in the health and quality of life of these patients. This inquiry is sustained theoretically in an integrative focus of the human health, in which physical, biological, psychological and social factors are approached which influence in the course of this illness. This is the reason why in the first chapter was carried out an analysis of the main sources that sustain these points of view, among them the Psiconeuroendocrineinmunology and the Bioneuroemotion. In the second chapter the proposed methodology is presented for the study, starting from the theoretical bases that are sustained. In the third chapter was carried out a characterization of the emotion’s influence in dynamics of each person's behavior after suffering the allergic crisis. In the conclusions it is remarked the obtained information in a synthetic and general way. Recommendations are proposed to favor other looks to the studied object.
