Estrategia para la identificación de talentos del atletismo en la comunidad

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de que el contexto comunitario se convierta en un espacio necesario de consulta para las diferentes actividades de la vida cotidiana, es que resulta escogido por la actual investigación con vista al estudio del empleo de las actividades físicas y deportivas, como vía para la identificación de talentos para el deporte de atletismo en la comunidad. Para ello fue necesaria la utilización de métodos y técnicas investigativas que propiciaron el proceso. Para adentrarse en la solución de la problemática actual, se elaboró una Estrategia que facilitó la aplicación de un sistema de acciones en el contexto comunitario para la identificación, dentro de sus integrantes en edades escolares, aquellos con mayores potencialidades para la práctica de atletismo, estos quedaron clasificados a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

The necessity of turning the communitarian context into a necessary space to consult in order to achieve the different activities of everyday life is a fact, taking into account this, it is chosen for the present investigation aiming at the study of the use of the physical and sports activities as a way to identify talented people in the practice of athletics sport within the community. The use of methods and investigative techniques that facilitate the process was required. To reach the solution to the current challenging the author considers a priority the elaboration of an strategy that makes easier the adoption of a system of actions in the communitarian context with the purpose of identifying in the very early stages of those who have the best potentialities in the practice of athletics, having them classified at small, medium and large term.
