Gestión del conocimiento para la preparación económica de los trabajadores de la dirección económica del MINED Municipal de Holguín

Abstract

La construcción del socialismo próspero y sostenible que aspiramos los cubanos demanda la participación consciente y activa de toda la población y, en particular de los trabajadores, el contexto en que Cuba se enfrenta a esta tarea exige que se trabaje en la formación integral de los recursos humanos. La presente investigación acerca de la gestión del conocimiento para la preparación económica de los trabajadores de la dirección económica del MINED Municipal de Holguín se fundamenta en los estudios realizados sobre el tema, se basa en la perspectiva marxista de los estudios económicos y en la aplicación de métodos empíricos, lo que permitió dar solución al problema detectado, corroborar la hipótesis y dar cumplimiento al objetivo trazado al proponer el sistema de actividades con sus contenidos y formas de realización.

The construction of the prosperous and sustainable socialism that we aspire the Cubans demand the participation and active contribution of the whole population and, in particular of the workers, the context in that Cuba faces this task demands that one works in the integral formation of the human resources, especially of the economic preparation of children, youths and adults. The economic preparation contributes to this purpose yes he/she conceives with a multidisciplinary focus, have more than enough scientific bases and contextualized. The present thesis has as objective to design a system of activities, on methodological theoretical bases that privilege the stocks of administration of the knowledge in function of the economic preparation of the workers of the entity study object. The economic knowledge are the content appropriation object for the workers and fundamental premise to elaborate the activities and stocks of the process.
