Reacondicionamiento de las cámaras frigoríficas en el Hotel Rio de Luna y Mares de Holguín

Abstract

En la presente investigación se realiza un estudio del comportamiento en las cargas térmicas que enfrentan las cámaras frías instaladas en el Hotel Rio de Luna y Mares. Los estudios se encuentran motivados ante la existencia de un deterioro prematuro en las cámaras frías, ello ocasiona problemas en la operación y mantenimiento para la instalación frigorífica. Las irregularidades funcionales están asociadas con el sobre calentamiento en la unidad condensadora, problemas de hermeticidad, aislamiento y operación deficiente, estos a su vez generan un sobreconsumo energético y deterioro prematuro de los equipos. La operación de las cámaras actualmente se encuentra regulada por medidas del Ministerio de Salud Nacional para evitar el contagio de la covid-19. Tras concluir las modelaciones de posible comportamiento térmico en la instalación, se detectaron un grupo de irregularidades técnicas y operacionales para las cuales se propone mediante reacondicionamiento de las cámaras frías, un grupo de medidas y modificaciones que garantiza un ahorro en el consumo eléctrico de la entidad y un mejor rendimiento del equipamiento

In this research, a study of the behavior of the thermal loads faced by the cold rooms installed in the Hotel Rio de Luna y Mares is carried out. The studies are motivated by the existence of premature deterioration in the cold rooms, this problem causes in operation and maintenance for the refrigeration installation. Functional irregularities are associated with overheating in the condensing unit, tightness problems, insulation and poor operation, these in turn generate energy overconsumption and premature deterioration of the equipment. After concluding the modeling of possible thermal behavior in the installation, a group of technical and operational irregularities were detected for which a group of measures and modifications is proposed through reconditioning of the cold chambers that guarantees savings in the entity's electricity consumption.
