Propuesta conceptual del Sistema Mecánico para el procesamiento de cocoa en la Empresa Cerámica Blanca de Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el diseño del sistema mecánico para procesar la Cocoa en la Empresa Cerámica Blanca. Durante el trabajo se desarrollaron soluciones mecánicas, basadas en el diseño asistido por computación (CAD). Para la realización del trabajo en el capítulo 1 se realizó una búsqueda de cuáles son los sistemas mecánicos que se pueden utilizar para procesar el material y se manejan las variantes más factibles a utilizar. En el capítulo 2 se realizaron los cálculos del accionamiento del transportador del sistema mecánico seleccionado. Este estudio incluye un análisis del impacto socioeconómico y su aporte al país de la propuesta planteada. La Investigación fue desarrollada entre investigadores de la Universidad de Holguín y Especialistas de la Empresa Cerámica Blanca de Holguín

The objective of this research is the design of the mechanical system to process Cocoa in the White Ceramic Enterprise in Holguin. During the work, mechanical solutions were developed, based on computer-aided design (CAD). To carry out the work in chapter 1, a search was made of which are the mechanical systems that can be used to process the material and the most feasible variants to use are handled. In chapter 2 the calculations of the conveyor drive of the selected mechanical system were performed. This study includes an analysis of the socioeconomic impact and its contribution to the country of the proposed proposal.
