Selección óptima de proyectos eólicos en norte oriental con técnicas multicriterio APH y SIG

Abstract

En esta investigación se combinaron los Métodos Multicriterio de Ayuda a la Decisión, del inglés (MCDM) y los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG), para la selección de zonas óptimas a instalar y generalizar Proyectos Eólicos en el Norte Oriental de Cuba. Lográndose un modelo conceptual y matemático, igualmente se determinó que de los parques objeto de estudio Gibara III es el más óptimo, por lo que finalmente estos modelos permitirán el desarrollo de proyectos para poder direccionar los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales, en mejores dirección

In this research the English Multicriteria Decision Support Methods (MCDM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were combined for the selection of optimal areas to install and generalize Wind Power Projects in the Eastern North of Cuba. Achieving a conceptual and mathematical model, it was also determined that of the wind farms under study Gibara III is the most optimal, so finally these models will allow the development of projects to be able to direct human, financial and material resources in the best direction
