Procedimiento para gestión del perfeccionamiento de la estructura organizativa en la Empresa Campismo Popular Holguín
Abstract
El mejoramiento y desarrollo de la empresa estatal socialista, como principal actor de
la economía, es un tema de interés y prioridad para el país, en la práctica de la gestión
empresarial cubana se identifican insuficiencias en el diseño e implementación de la
estructura organizativa, que limita el funcionamiento y el logro de un comportamiento
superior de los indicadores de gestión en la empresa, lo que constituye el problema
profesional a resolver. La investigación tiene como objetivo general: aplicar un
procedimiento para la gestión del perfeccionamiento de la estructura organizativa y
con ello se favorezca el mejoramiento de los indicadores de gestión en la empresa
Campismo Popular Holguín.
Los aportes fundamentales de la investigación se centran en la adecuación de un
procedimiento para la gestión del perfeccionamiento de la estructura organizativa en
correspondencia con las condiciones específicas y en concordancia con los
requerimientos de los elementos internos de este tipo de organización. Como
resultados de la aplicación en la empresa Campismo Popular Holguín, se obtiene: un
diagnóstico detallado y fundamentado de las insuficiencias de la actual estructura
organizativa y la propuesta de un plan de actividades para su perfeccionamiento, cuya
implementación favorecerá inexorablemente la mejoría de los indicadores de gestión
de la entidad en los próximos años The improvement and development of the socialist state enterprise, as the main actor

Cuban business management, shortcomings are identified in the design and
implementation of the organizational structure, which limits the operation and
achievement of superior performance of the management indicators in the company,
which constitutes the professional problem to be solved. The research has the general
objective: to apply a procedure for the management of the improvement of the
organizational structure and with this the improvement of the management indicators
in the company Campismo Popular Holguín is favored.
The fundamental contributions of the research focus on the adaptation of a procedure
for the management of the improvement of the organizational structure in
correspondence with the specific conditions and in accordance with the requirements
of the internal elements of this type of organization. As results of the application in the
company Campismo Popular Holguín, it is obtained: a detailed and well-founded
diagnosis of the insufficiencies of the current organizational structure and the proposal
of an activity plan for its improvement, whose implementation will inexorably favor the
improvement of the indicators of management of the entity in the coming years
