Evaluación del desempeño en entidades en perfeccionamiento empresarial con enfoque basado en procesos en la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado Guardalavaca

Abstract

En la actualidad las organizaciones deben situarse en la delantera de los nuevos acontecimientos con el fin de incrementar su nivel competitivo. Estas se enfrentan constantemente a un medio que le formula cada vez mayores exigencias, lo que demanda el perfeccionamiento de su gestión empresarial. Por esto se debe lograr que las empresas cubanas sean eficientes y eficaces. Lo anterior se asocia al logro de un óptimo desempeño, sobre la base de una óptima utilización de sus recursos. Formando parte del sistema empresarial cubano, específicamente en el territorio holguinero se encuentra la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado Guardalavaca (AGGUAR). La entidad trabaja por mantener un buen desempeño empresarial, sin embargo durante los últimos periodos se manifestaron deficiencias en el funcionamiento de los procesos de la organización y los sistemas del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial inherentes a ellos. Estos sistemas fueron: Sistema de Innovación, Sistema de Organización de la Producción de Bienes y Servicios, Sistema de Atención al Hombre, Sistema de Capital Humano, Sistema de Contabilidad, Sistema de Relaciones Financieras y Sistema de Costos. Por lo tanto, se decidió desarrollar este estudio con el objetivo de realizar la evaluación del desempeño de los sistemas del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial en la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado Guardalavaca como vía fundamental para determinar los factores que inhiben sus resultados. Para la realización de la investigación fue necesario la utilización de métodos y técnicas como: análisis-síntesis; inductivo-deductivo, Método Delphi, revisión documental, método concordancia de Kendall, etc.

Being part of the managerial system Cuban, specifically in the holguinero territory finds the enterprise of aqueduct and Guardalavaca sewage system (AGGUAR). The entity works for keeping a good managerial acting, however during the last periods manifested deficiencies in the functioning of the processes of the organization and the systems of the managerial inherent perfecting to them. These systems went: System of innovation, system of organization of the production of properties and services, system of attention to the man, system of human capital, accounting system, system of financial relations and system of costs. Therefore, it decided develop this study with the objective to carry out the evaluation of the acting of the systems of the managerial perfecting in the enterprise of aqueduct and Guardalavaca sewage system as fundamental path to decide the factors that inhibit your results. For the realization of the investigation it was necessary the use of methods and technical as: analysis-synthesis; inductive-deductive, Método Delphi, documentary revision, concordance method of Kendall, etc.
