Perfeccionamiento de la gestión de almacenamiento en el complejo de hoteles Holguín

Abstract

Una eficiente gestión logística es fundamental para obtener altos índices de productividad o servicios en una organización, con lo cual es necesario prestar atención a los procesos logísticos y buscar la manera de optimizarlos y hacerlos más eficientes. Como parte indisoluble de esta la actividad de almacenamiento tiene una especial importancia pues contribuye a garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. Sobre esta base se desarrolla el presente trabajo investigativo realizado en el Complejo de Hoteles E Holguín subordino a la OSDE CUBANACAN SA., el cual se propone como objetivo aplicar un procedimiento que permita mejorar la gestión de almacenamiento en la entidad. Para realizar esta investigación se revisaron un conjunto de bibliografías relacionadas con la gestión de almacenamiento para definir los objetivos, técnicas y tareas del procedimiento escogido y adaptado a las características del almacén objeto de investigación. Como resultados fundamentales se detectaron violaciones en los principios de almacenamiento, inexistencia de un local idóneo para el desarrollo de la actividad de almacenamiento, déficit de tecnología de almacenamiento y productos almacenados en lugares inadecuados; para las que se proponen soluciones encaminadas a erradicar o solventar sus efectos negativos en la gestión de almacenamiento. Se destaca como principal contribución la propuesta de un nuevo almacén, que garantiza una utilización efectiva de sus capacidades. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el de análisis y síntesis de la información, inductivo-deductiva, analítico-sintética, así como también métodos empíricos como encuestas, entrevistas y observación directa.

An efficient logistical administration is fundamental to obtain high indexes of productivity or services in an organization, with that which is necessary to pay attention to the logistical processes and to look for the way to optimize them and to make them more efficient. As indissoluble part of this the storage activity has a special since importance it contributes to guarantee the client's satisfaction. On this base the present investigative work is developed carried out in the Complex of Hotels E Holguín subordinate the OSDE CUBANACAN INC., which intends as objective to apply a procedure that allows to improve the storage administration in the entity. To carry out this investigation they were revised a group of bibliographies related with the storage administration to define the objectives, techniques and tasks of the chosen procedure and adapted to the characteristics of the warehouse investigation object. As fundamental results violations were detected in the storage principles, nonexistence of a suitable local for the development of the storage activity, deficit of storage technology and products stored in inadequate places; for those that intend solutions guided to eradicate or to pay their negative effects in the storage administration. He stands out as main contribution the proposal of a new warehouse that guarantees an effective use of their capacities. For the development of this work theoretical methods were used as that of analysis and synthesis of the information, inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, as well as empiric methods as surveys, interviews and direct observation.
