Determinación de zonas áridas dedicadas a la ganadería y su efecto en la vegetación en agroecosistemas del municipio Báguanos, Holguín

Abstract

La presencia de zonas áridas en el mundo cada vez es mayor, y Cuba no se encuentra exenta a ello pues el efecto del Cambio Climático en el aumento de las temperaturas y el descenso de las lluvias va en aumento en los últimos años. La investigación que se presenta tuvo como objetivo general la determinación de zonas áridas dedicadas a la ganadería y su efecto en la vegetación mediante teledetección en agroecosistemas del municipio Báguanos, Holguín. Para la determinación de la aridez se utilizó el Índice de Lang calculado a partir de márgenes de WorldClim 2 referentes a la temperatura media anual y la precipitación anual, mientras que para la determinación de la cobertura vegetal en la zona de estudio se utilizó una imagen del satélite Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS. Se utilizaron los software QGIS 3.10 y ArcGIS 10.5 para el procesamiento de las imágenes y la extracción de los valores que fueron llevados a una base de datos en Excel y procesados en el STATGRAPHICS mediante análisis de regresión lineal. El Índice de Lang arrojó la presencia de una zona semiárida con valores homogéneos que oscilan entre 42 y 47. Los valores de NDVI se corresponden a una escasa presencia de vegetación y valores negativos a la aparición de nubes en la imagen utilizada. Existe una alta correlación y determinación en el análisis de regresión entre las variables Índice de Lang vs. NDVI con valores cercanos a 1 y al 100 %. Los resultados obtenidos se corroboran con los obtenidos por otras investigaciones en el mundo donde el factor uso del suelo dedicado a la ganadería y el efecto del cambio climático son desencadenadores de procesos de aridez.

Lang's index yielded the presence of a semiarid zone with homogenous moral values that they oscillate between 42 and 46. The moral values of NDVI correspond themselves to a scarce presence of vegetation and negative values to the appearing of clouds in the utilized image. Exists a loud correlation and determination in the regression analysis between the variables Lang's index vs. NDVI with close moral values to 1 and to the 100 %. They corroborate the obtained results with to you obtained for another investigations in the world where I use the factor of the ground once the cattle raising was dedicated and desencadenadores of processes of aridity are the effect of the climatic change.
