Procedimiento para la medición y mejora del clima organizacional en la oficina central de la OSDE LABIOFAM

Abstract

En la actualidad el clima organizacional no es un tema nuevo, pero sí de gran importancia para las organizaciones que proyectan su gestión en el continuo mejoramiento del ambiente de trabajo, por ello, se considera como la clave en el desarrollo de las instituciones. Su estudio con profundidad, diagnóstico y mejoramiento incide de manera directa en el núcleo espiritual de la organización. Por lo anterior, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar un procedimiento para la medición y mejora del clima organizacional en la oficina central de la OSDE LABIOFAM. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación, donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema. Se propone un procedimiento que contempla siete pasos para medir y mejorar el clima organizacional sirviendo como una útil herramienta de trabajo para la toma de decisiones. En el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron en el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los trabajadores perciben un clima organizacional favorable, siendo las condiciones de trabajo, el liderazgo del director general, las relaciones intergrupales y los cambios externos las que tienen una evaluación de media. Se elaboró un programa encaminado a influir sobre todas las variables analizadas, que debe contribuir a mejorar la percepción que tienen los trabajadores del clima organizacional en la oficina central de la OSDE LABIOFAM. At present the organizational climate is not a new issue, but it is of great importance for the organizations that project their management in the continuous improvement of the work environment, for that reason, it is considered test, diagnostic development of the institutions. Its study with depth, diagnosis and improvement directly affects the spiritual core of the organization. Therefore, the present work has as objective to elaborate a procedure for the measurement and improvement of the organizational climate in the central office of OSDE LABIOFAM. In order to comply with the proposed objective, the theoretical reference framework of the research was elaborated, where the fundamental elements that allow to enter the study of the subject are collected. A procedure is proposed that contemplates seven steps to measure and improve the organizational climate serving as a useful work tool for decision making. In the development of the work theoretical and empirical methods were applied that contributed in the fulfillment of the proposed objective. The results obtained show that the workers perceive a favorable organizational climate, being the work conditions, the leadership of the general director, the intergroup relations and the external changes those that have an evaluation of average. A program aimed at influencing all the variables analyzed was developed, which should contribute to improving the perception that workers have of the organizational climate in the central office of OSDE LABIOFAM.
