Perfeccionamiento de las funciones de la administración de operaciones en la Empresa de Productos Inyectables LABIOFAM

Abstract

En la actualidad, las empresas del país se encuentran presionadas para alcanzar susmetas con calidad, eficiencia y eficacia. Esta situación está condicionada por lo dinámico y complejo que se ha convertido el ambiente en el que estas se desenvuelven. Elfuncionamiento y por consiguiente los resultados que se obtengan en una empresa, estarán propiciados por la capacidad que tengan sus directivos de ofrecer respuestas rápidas y eficaces, sobre la base del desarrollo demétodos y técnicas novedosas. Los elementos antes referidos están asociados con el bienestar económico de las organizaciones, aspecto que se vincula con la administración de operaciones (AO) y que generalmente se identifica a través de las funciones de la administración de operaciones (FAO). Atendiendo a lo anterior se desarrolla la presente investigación aplicando un procedimiento que permite el perfeccionamiento de las funciones de la administración de operaciones a través de su evaluación integrada en la Empresa de Productos Inyectables LABIOFAM. De la aplicación del procedimiento se obtiene que existe un deterioro de las funciones de la administración de operaciones en la entidad para lo cual se determinan un conjunto de soluciones y se realiza un cronograma para su implementación. El cumplimiento de este objetivo se garantiza a través del empleo de diversos métodos teóricos, empíricos y técnicas, como: lista de chequeo, encuestas, diagrama causa— efecto (Ishikawa), diagramade Gantt, entre otros. At the present time, the companies of the country are pressed to reach their goals with quality, efficiency and effectiveness. This situation is conditioned by the dynamic and complex that has become the atmosphere the one that these they are unwrapped. The operation and consequently the results that they are obtained in a company, they will be propitiated by the capacity that they have their directive of offering quick and effective answers, on the base of the development of methods and technical novel. The elements before referred they are associated with the economic well-being of the organizations, aspect that is linked with the administration of operations (AO) and that it is generally identified through the functions of the administration of operations (FAO). Assisting to the above-mentioned the present investigation is developed applying a procedure that allows the improvement of the functions of the administration of operations through their evaluation integrated in the Empresa de ProductosInyectables LABIOFAM. Of the application of the procedure it is obtained that a deterioration of the functions of the administration of operations exists in the entity for that which they are determined a group of solutions and she is carried out a chronogram for its implementation. The execution of this objective is guaranteed through the theoretical, empiric and technical employment of diverse methods, as:lists of checkup, surveys, diagram causeeffect (Ishikawa), diagram of Gantt, among others.
