Abstract
El diseño de una estrategia de marketing para un determinado producto o servicio es
un tema trascendental, debido a que es el proceso que emplean los consumidores en
la decisión de compra para buscar, evaluar y adquirir bienes y servicios que
contribuyan a satisfacer sus necesidades y deseos.
Este estudio permite conocer las debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y oportunidades
de una empresa, además de sus estrategias para elevar sus ingresos con el
desarrollo de sus servicios con respecto al mercado, evaluando el período entre los
años 201 9 y 2020.
Desde esta perspectiva, en la presente investigación se realizará el plan de marketing
en la Empresa municipal de Comercio y Gastronomía Rafael Freyre.

purchase to search, to evaluate and to acquire use is goods and services that
contribute to fulfilling his needs and desires.
This study allows knowing weaknesses, fortresses, threats and opportunities of a
company in addition to its strategies, to raise its entrances with the development of
its services regarding the market, evaluating the period between the years 201 9 and
2020.
From this perspective, in this research the marketing plan will be carried out in the
Rafael Freyre municipal Company of Commerce and Gastronomy.
