Estudios del comportamiento de la población y el empleo en el municipio Cacocum

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, realizar un estudio sobre el comportamiento de los indicadores fundamentales relacionados con la población del municipio Cacocum después de haber transitado por la etapa crítica de la pandemia COVID-19. Para lograrlo se utilizó el método dialéctico-materialista como método general, además de éste se utilizaron otros como: análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico, revisión de documentos, etc. Como resultado del presente trabajo, luego de construir el diseño metodológico del mismo, realizar una profunda revisión bibliográfica y haber visitado los organismos competentes a los diferentes niveles, se obtuvieron m importantes resultados e informaciones de vital importancia para la toma de decisiones por parte de los organismos del territorio. Finalizada la investigación se plantea un grupo de recomendaciones prácticas que consideramos pueden constituir un instrumento viable para la planificación del desarrollo del municipio y que involucran a la mayoría del organismo de mismo.

This research aims to carry out a study on the behavior of the fundamental indicators related to the population of the Cacocum municipality after having gone through the critical stage of the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this, the dialectical-materialist method was used as a general method, in addition to this, others were used such as: analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, document review, etc. As a result of this work, after constructing its methodological design, carrying out an in-depth bibliographical review and having visited the competent organizations at different levels, important results and information of vital importance for decisionmaking by users were obtained. organizations of the territory. After the investigation, a group of practical recommendations is proposed that we consider can constitute a viable instrument for the planning of the development of the municipality and that involve the majority of the organism of the same.
