Mejora de la gestión de riesgos laborales en la UEB Lavandería AT Comercial Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la UEB Lavandería AT Comercial Holguín perteneciente al Grupo de Turismo Gaviota S.A., con el objetivo de diagnosticar y proyectar soluciones a un problema de Ingeniería Industrial y basada en la fundamentación teórica del análisis de técnicas estudiadas en la carrera. Se realizó un estudio de las estadísticas de los accidentes y enfermedades laborales ocurridos en la entidad, siendo el proceso de Lavado y Planchado el más afectado. La información necesaria se obtuvo a partir de la revisión de documentos, auditorías, archivos, listas de chequeos y bases de datos con que cuenta la entidad, de los cuales se identificaron los peligros y riesgos asociados a cada una de las actividades pertenecientes al proceso analizado, demostrándose deficiencias en el procedimiento para la Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación y Control de los riesgos (PIPECR) existiendo varios riesgos que no estaban identificados en levantamientos anteriores. Entre los factores que más influyeron se encuentran los riesgos mecánicos y donde mayor grado de peligrosidad existe es en el subproceso de las calderas. Para el estudio se utilizaron técnicas como la observación directa, checklist, y encuestas. Se llegó a conclusiones basadas en los resultados obtenidos y se propusieron medidas encaminadas a lograr la mejora continua de la gestión de riesgo laboral del proceso objeto de estudio y de la lavandería en general

The present investigation was carried out in the UEB Lavandería AT Comercial Holguín belonging to the Gaviota S.A. Tourism Group, with the objective of diagnosing and projecting solutions to a problem of Industrial Engineering and based on the theoretical foundation of the analysis of techniques studied in the career. A study of the statistics of accidents and occupational diseases that occurred in the entity was carried out, being the process of Washing and Ironing the most affected. The necessary information was obtained from the review of documents, audits, files, checklists and databases that the entity has, from which the dangers and risks associated with each of the activities belonging to the analyzed process were identified, demonstrating deficiencies in the procedure for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (PIPECR) with several risks that were not identified in previous. Among the factors that influenced the most are mechanical risks and where the highest degree of danger exists is in the sub-process of the boilers. For the study, techniques such as direct observation, checklist, surveys and interviews were used. Conclusions were reached based on the results obtained and measures were proposed to achieve the continuous improvement of occupational risk management of the process under study and of the laundry in general
