Procedimiento para la implementación de un sistema de gestión ambiental en la dirección general de la Empresa Campismo Popular Holguín

Abstract

Los impactos ambientales son modificaciones que causa una acción humana sobre el medioambiente y sus repercusiones pueden ser perjudiciales para la salud y el entorno pues ocasionan cambio climático, lluvias ácidas, calentamiento global entre otros. Los campismos populares, ubicados en zonas de atractivos naturales, influyen directa o indirectamente en el deterioro ambiental pues impactan negativamente con las actividades que realizan. La Sede Central de Campismo Popular Holguín, aunque no está en contacto directo con la naturaleza se encuentra dentro del área urbanizada de la provincia. Al carecer de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental se desconoce en qué medida afecta al medioambiente y las acciones para eliminar los problemas ambientales que existen. Por lo que se identifica como problema profesional: la inexistencia de un sistema de gestión ambiental, limita el logro de objetivos ambientales de manera sistemática, planificada y documentada en la Dirección General de la Empresa Campismo Popular Holguín. Se plantea como objetivo general: desarrollar un procedimiento para la implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental en la Dirección General de Campismo Popular Holguín. Los resultados de la investigación se resumen en el diseño del procedimiento que consta de cinco etapas y quince pasos y se basa en la norma NC/ISO 14001:2015. Se aporta, además, el programa de gestión ambiental con acciones estratégicas para lograr la transformación de las problemáticas identificadas, el manual del sistema de gestión y la identificación de los aspectos e impactos ambientales, así como, las medidas para mitigarlos o eliminarlos

Environmental impacts are changes caused by human action on the environment and their repercussions can be harmful to health and the environment as they cause climate change, acid rain, global warming, among others. Popular campsites, located in areas of natural attractions, directly or indirectly influence environmental deterioration as they negatively impact the activities they carry out. Although it is not in direct contact with nature, the Central Headquarters of Campismo Popular Holguín is located within the urbanized area of the province. Lacking an Environmental Management System, it is unknown to what extent it affects the environment and the actions to eliminate existing environmental problems. For that reason, it is identified as a professional problem: the non-existence of an environmental management system limits the achievement of environmental objectives in a systematic, planned and documented manner in the General Directorate of the Holguín Campismo Popular Company. The general objective is: to develop a procedure for the implementation of the environmental management system in the General Directorate of Holguín Popular Camping. The results of the investigation are summarized in the design of the procedure that consists of five stages and fourteen steps and is based on the NC/ISO 14001: 2015 standard. In addition, the environmental management program is provided with strategic actions to achieve the transformation of the identified problems, the management system manual and the identification of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as the measures to mitigate or eliminate them
