Diseño del proceso gestión de eventos culturales en la Dirección Provincial de Cultura Holguín
Abstract
La presente investigación responde a la problemática identificada en la
Dirección Provincial de Cultura de Holguín, referente al no diseño del
proceso Gestión de eventos culturales. Situación que limitan la efectividad
de este proceso y justifica el objetivo de la investigación: diseñar el proceso
Gestión de eventos culturales en la Dirección Provincial de Cultura de
Holguín , que permita el adecuado desarrollo de estos y facilite el trabajo de
sus organizadores. El informe se estructura en dos capítulos. Partiéndose
de un estudio teórico práctico referencial relacionado con aspectos
esenciales de la gestión por proceso, herramientas de la gestión por
proceso, la gestión cultural, sus antecedentes y la valoración de los
procedimientos y metodologías en este campo, que permitieron diseñar el
proceso Gestión de eventos culturales en la Dirección Provincial de Cultura
de Holguín . A partir de la consulta bibliográfica, la selección del modelo de
eventos sobre el cual diseñar el proceso en cuestión y el diseño del mismo,
se dota a la institución de una h erramienta capaz de contribuir a una
eficiente gestión en la Dirección Provincial de Cultura de Holguín. Se arriba
a conclusiones y se lista un grupo de recomendaciones, así como la
bibliografía consultada y un conjunto de anexos que ayudan a la
comprensión de la investigación The present investigation responds to the problem identified in the Provincial

background and the assessment of procedures and methodologies in this
field, which allowed designing the Event Management process. culture in the
Provincial Directorate of Culture of Holguín. From the bibliographic
consultation, the selection of the event model on which to design the process
in question and its design, the institution i s provided with a tool capable of
contributing to an efficient management in the Provincial Directorate of
Culture of Holguín. Conclusions are reached and a group of
recommendations is listed, as well as the consulted bibliography and a set of
annexes that help to understand the research
